Tanou Siebenmann is the Industry Engagement Manager at The Industry School on the Sunshine Coast, where he leads partnerships between education and industry to develop sustainable talent pipelines for emerging workforce needs. With more than 20 years’ experience across vocational and higher education, Tanou has held senior roles with TAFE Queensland, CQUniversity, Study Group, and the University of the Sunshine Coast. His work focuses on workforce alignment, industry engagement, and strengthening pathways for young people into apprenticeships, traineeships and employment. As a Committee Member of the Sunshine Coast Regional Jobs Committee, he contributes practical insight into youth employment and regional workforce development.
